This policy outlines how Wealth Protect LLC manages, stores, and purges user data submitted across mywealthprotect.com, app.mywealthprotect.com, and related subdomains.
Purpose Limitation We collect and process specific life signals strictly to compute your risk profile, generate AI commentary, and, for Free Tier users, queue your profile for prospective partner matching. We do not process data vectors for any secondary purpose.
Retention Schedules
Paid Tier: Data vectors, raw metadata, and generated AI insights are retained securely in our Supabase databases to allow you ongoing access to your dashboard at
app.mywealthprotect.com.Free Tier: Data vectors are retained in secure storage until matched with a prospective partner from our network, or until a deletion request is received.
Right to Erasure (Data Deletion Workflow) Under applicable US state privacy statutes (including CCPA/CPRA), you have the right to request the permanent deletion of your personal data. To request data deletion, send an email to legal@mywealthprotect.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and your associated email address. We will permanently purge your record from our databases within 30 days. (Note: Deletion requests stop future data sharing but cannot recall data previously transmitted to a third-party partner under the Free Tier).
