Privacy Policy

Last Updated:

Wealth Protect LLC (“Company,” “Wealth Protect,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates a multivariate risk intelligence software engine. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the financial and personal data vectors you share with us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and disclose your information across our primary website (mywealthprotect.com), web applications and subdomains (including app.mywealthprotect.com), and related digital properties (collectively, the “Services”).

1. Information We Collect (Risk Profile Data Vectors)

To compute your personalized risk assessment and generate simulated actuarial models, we collect 34 specific data inputs voluntarily submitted across seven core categories:

  • Insurance Coverage: Current policy status for Health, Term Life, Disability, Whole Life, Annuity, Auto, Homeowners, Renters, Umbrella, & Long-Term Care.

  • Household & Location: Age bracket, marital status, dependent count, and localized ZIP code.

  • Employment & Income: Employment status, income stability, industry sector, and employer-provided benefits.

  • Financial Position & Debt: Annual household income bracket, Emergency savings runway, personal debt level, and major ongoing financial obligations.

  • Asset Portfolio: Ownership status of primary residence, rental properties, vehicles, business equity, and other investment asset classes.

  • Future Trajectory: Family expansion plans, anticipated income shifts, planned large purchases, and upcoming elderly caregiving responsibilities.

  • Risk Preferences: Primary financial concerns, personal risk tolerance, and coverage preferences (cost vs. protection).

  • Contact & Identifiers: email address, phone number, payment details (processed directly via Stripe), and standard IP address/usage logs.

2. Dual-Path Data Use and Sharing (The Access Fork)

Your data’s destination and privacy level are determined entirely by the access tier selected at checkout:

  • A. Standard Access (Paid Tier - $9.99): If you select Standard Access, your 34 data vectors are processed strictly to calculate your dashboard results. Your data remains confidential and is never sold, licensed, rented, or shared with third-party brokers, insurance agents, or marketers.

  • B. Partner Access (Free Tier - Value Exchange): If you select Partner Access, Wealth Protect LLC waives the $9.99 assessment fee in exchange for a non-exclusive, irrevocable, worldwide, transferable license to securely store and share your submitted data vectors and contact information with our network of vetted third-party financial advisors, insurance brokers, attorneys, and strategic partners (the "Partner Network").

    • Network Queueing Clause: You acknowledge that data submitted under this tier may be stored and queued for prospective partner matching even if no active partner is currently assigned to your specific risk profile or criteria at the time of submission.

3. Infrastructure Processors & Third-Party Vendors

We use selected service providers to operate, secure, and support Wealth Protect. We disclose personal information to these providers only as necessary to provide the Service, process transactions, maintain security, comply with applicable law, or as otherwise described in this Privacy Policy.

  • Database Infrastructure (Supabase): We use Supabase to host and process assessment responses, report data, account and access information, and related service metadata.

  • Payment Processing (Stripe): Payments are processed by Stripe. Wealth Protect does not store full payment-card numbers or card security codes. Stripe processes payment information under its own privacy notice.

  • AI-Assisted Report Commentary (Google Gemini API): We use Google’s Gemini API to generate narrative commentary within your risk report. We provide selected assessment and risk-profile inputs needed to generate that commentary. We do not intentionally provide payment-card information to Gemini. Where available under our Gemini API service configuration, prompts and responses are not used by Google to improve its products; however, limited retention may occur for safety, abuse prevention, or legal compliance.

  • Other Operational Providers: We may use service providers for application hosting, security, email delivery, analytics, customer support, and similar operational functions. These providers may process information only as needed to perform services for Wealth Protect, subject to applicable agreements and their own privacy terms.

4. Data Security and Storage

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.

  • Server-Side Processing: Core risk calculations, report-generation logic, and access controls are performed on our servers rather than relying solely on browser-based processing. This helps protect the integrity of your assessment and report.

  • Encryption in Transit: We use industry-standard TLS encryption to protect information transmitted between your browser, our application, and our service providers.

  • Access Controls: Access to personal information is limited to authorized personnel and service providers who need it to operate, support, secure, or improve the Service.

  • No Absolute Security Guarantee: Although we take reasonable steps to protect information, no internet transmission or storage system is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. US Consumer Privacy Rights (CCPA / CPRA Compliance)

Because our Services are strictly restricted to legal residents of the United States, your privacy rights are governed by applicable US federal and state laws (such as the California Consumer Privacy Act / CPRA). Depending on your state of residence, you maintain the following rights:

  • Right to Know / Access: The right to request copies of the specific data vectors we hold about you.

  • Right to Delete: The right to request the permanent deletion of your profile data from our databases.

  • Right to Opt-Out of Sale / Sharing: The right to direct us not to share your personal information with third-party partners. (Note: Opting out after selecting the Free Tier stops future data transfers but does not retroactively recall data already transmitted to a partner).

To exercise any of these rights, submit a verifiable request to legal@mywealthprotect.com.

6. Accessibility Commitment

Wealth Protect LLC is committed to digital accessibility and striving to conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA standards. If you encounter accessibility barriers on our platform, please notify us at legal@mywealthprotect.com so we can assist you.
